Why do recruitment agents keep posting jobs which don't exist. Everytime you apply for the job they say the job no longer exists then a week later you see the same job posted. Broken Job Links are so frustrating.

It feels like they just post the jobs to get your cv.

Nice idea all they really need now are to take Visual CV's, grow their social networking infrastructure to provide job links and they may just be able to provide a great alternative to recruitment agencies.
