Job Links

Why do recruitment agents keep posting jobs which don't exist. Everytime you apply for the job they say the job no longer exists then a week later you see the same job posted. Broken Job Links are so frustrating.

It feels like they just post the jobs to get your cv.
I found a site which only post jobs from employers and have Marquee Hire on their site non of which link into recruitment agents.

They take you straight to the company recruiting, no middleman.

They even send updates of jobs on your facebook how cool.

Nice idea all they really need now are to take Visual CV's, grow their social networking infrastructure to provide job links and they may just be able to provide a great alternative to recruitment agencies.
